Charcuterie at the Fromagerie
Our ancestors' ancient techniques of preserving meat and milk produced foods so delicious and compelling that we continue to enjoy them today. Come sample a range of these venerable flavours while learning about their history and production.

Whisky, Whiskey, and Cheese
Some cheese lovers never wade into arguments about whether beer or wine goes better with cheese: these are the folks with a wee dram in their glass and a big smile on their face. Scotch, Irish and North American malt and grain whiskies make fine, sophisticated partners for the most bold, complex cheeses. Join Julia Rogers and Sam Corbeil for this rare opportunity to sip and savour.

Patio Season Beer and Wine and Cheese
Prepare to be refreshed by Sam Corbiel and Julia Rogers as they lead you through their selections of beer, wine, and cheese that will be perfect on a sunny summer patio.

Fireside Beer and Wine and Cheese
When the weather outside is frightful, beer and wine and cheese are so delightful! Join us for another of our popular triple threat classes, hosted by Sam Corbiel and Julia Rogers. Enjoy a selection of warming, potent beers and wines, along with a spread of serious winter cheeses.
